Maybe because Biggest Loser was on tonight, but either way it's weigh in time. Last week I went to the gym 4 times. Goal accomplished.
I have a confession to make, though. Everyone has their pump up music, right? I have plenty of favourite workout tunes. But you know what song gets me through the last 5 minutes of my run every time? It might be "Sexy Back"... yup. Is that so wrong? I could run at least another ten to JT. Yup.
